Nuclear Medicine Technology Education Programs

The Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) has approved new eligibility requirements to take effect in 2017. Under these new requirements, the NMTCB will only accept applications for the entry level examination from graduates of programmatically accredited nuclear medicine technology educational programs beginning January 1, 2017.

The NMTCB currently recognizes two programmatic accreditation agencies, the Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT), and the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
